Completing a reservation.
Reservation is complete when the screen clearly shows “Reservation Confirmed”.
Payment method and period
Credit card payment: payment will be processed as soon as the reservation is complete.
Pay on property: credit card and cash are acceptable.
Cancellation
Cancelling from online reservation site.
Cancelling from e-mail or phone call to the facility.
Refund
No cancellation can be made after guest(s) finished checking-in to the room.
